  • A refund tool has been added to the Support Tools page. The tool can create and transfer a refund at any point during a policy’s lifecycle. The central case for this tool is when a payment is applied to the incorrect policy. An authorized user may issue the refund and apply it to the correct policy without having to delete the payment, which provides an improved audit trail.

  • A Special Instructions field has been added to the inspection request process. The field allows users to send additional information, up to 255 characters, with the request.

Sweep payments

  • When making sweep payments, agents can now search by any named insured on a policy in addition to the policy number. If multiple insureds match the search criteria, the agent may select the appropriate insured from a pop-up.
