Policy applications | Documentation

  • Policy applications, via a database setting, can be set to printed by default. This is so agents can see the policy application in Attachments when using the Only display printed deliverables in Policies and Claims 'Documents' page setting in Settings > Modules > BriteQuote > Options.
  • Update settings.option(suppress-policy-application-print)=1 to default policy applications to printed

Claims emails | Documentation

  • A claims adjuster and claim supervisor, via a database setting, can be emailed when he/she is added to a claim
  • Update settings.option(claims_email_adjuster_supervisor_when_added)=1
