BriteCore uses the following Billing Statements (invoices):

Initial Billing Statement and Renewal Billing Statement

These billing statements are used for new and renewal business, respectively:

  • Example 1

The Company is now accepting CREDIT CARD payments through our website: www.mymutual.com or by contacting your local agency office and providing them with the necessary information. Both ways are secure and all of your information remains encrypted for your protection.

As a courtesy, we provide a notice of cancellation 10 days prior to the expiration date as a reminder of your premium due. To avoid receiving these notices the premium would need to be received by our office at least 10 days prior to the policy expiration date. Coverage will cancel on the expiration date of the policy or 10 days after the due date reflected in this invoice or whichever comes first.

In the event the payment for premium is returned for NSF your policy will lapse on the expiration date or 10 days after the due date reflected in this invoice or whichever comes first as a result of non-payment of premium. There is a fee of $25.00 for any NSF event and this will be added to your premium due and will be collectible when incurred.

You are hereby advised that you must immediately notify the company of any change concerning this policy, including, but not limited to: a change in ownership, occupancy, or use of the insured property. Your failure to do so may result in loss of insurance coverage herein.
